Nature of Services

Atloda is a professional services platform that offers coordination, sourcing, connection, curation, and facilitation services through five branches: Orchestre, Investigate, Agency, Curator, and Steward. Each service is described in detail on the relevant pages of this website.

All service engagements are initiated through direct contact with Atloda. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon in writing before any work begins. No engagement is considered active until both parties have confirmed the scope and terms in writing.

Orchestre — Project Coordination

Orchestre provides coordination services for complex projects requiring multiple professionals or vendors. Atloda acts as coordinator and is not directly responsible for the work, conduct, or outcomes of individual vendors or third parties engaged in connection with a project.

• Vendor selection is made in good faith based on available information and client requirements
• Atloda is not liable for vendor delays, failures, or quality issues beyond its control
• Changes to project scope after agreement may incur additional coordination fees
• Cancellation terms are specified in the individual engagement agreement

Investigate — Item Sourcing

Investigate provides sourcing and research services. Atloda makes no guarantee that any specific item will be found, as outcomes depend on market availability and factors outside our control.

• Atloda does not purchase items on behalf of clients without explicit written authorization
• Any transaction between client and item source is conducted directly between those parties
• Atloda is not liable for the condition, authenticity, or value of items sourced

Agency — Expert Network

Agency facilitates introductions between clients and professionals or service providers. Atloda vets network members but does not guarantee the outcomes of any engagement between connected parties.

• Any agreement or contract between a client and a connected professional is made directly between those parties
• Atloda is not a party to and is not responsible for the performance of third-party professionals
• Professionals in the Agency network are independent — they are not employees or agents of Atloda

Curator — Marketplace

Curator is a curated marketplace platform. Atloda reviews all submissions before listing but does not hold, store, or take possession of any listed items.

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided about their items
• Sellers retain full responsibility for packaging, shipping, and delivery
• Atloda charges a listing fee as specified at the time of submission
• Atloda reserves the right to decline or remove any listing at its discretion
• Buyers are encouraged to ask questions and request additional information before purchasing

Steward — Patrimony & Asset Management

Steward manages successions, properties, contracts, and asset portfolios. It is not a legal service and does not constitute legal advice.

• Steward engagements are confidential — information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from all parties involved
• Atloda does not guarantee that facilitation will result in an agreement
• Any agreement reached through Steward is between the parties involved — Atloda is not a party to that agreement
• Atloda is not liable for the legal enforceability of any outcome reached through facilitation

Payment & Cancellation

Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are specified in the individual engagement agreement for each service. General principles:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on Orchestre and Investigate engagements
• Cancellation policies vary by service and are communicated at the time of engagement
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at Atloda's discretion unless otherwise specified in writing

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and images — is the property of Atloda LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Atloda.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atloda LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid to Atloda for that specific engagement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
