How cancellations are handled across Atloda services.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@atloda.com. The terms below apply per service. Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
More than 30 days before start date: Full refund minus the coordination deposit (typically 20% of engagement fee).
15–30 days before start date: 50% refund of the engagement fee. Deposit non-refundable.
Less than 15 days before start date: No refund. The full engagement fee is retained to cover vendor commitments already made.
Before search begins: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
After search has begun: No refund. The engagement fee covers investigative time and resources already deployed.
If item is not found: No refund — the fee covers the search effort, not the outcome. A detailed account of all channels pursued will be provided.
Before introduction is made: Full refund.
After introduction is made: No refund. The connection fee is earned upon introduction regardless of whether the engagement between parties proceeds.
Any engagement contracted directly between client and expert is governed by a separate agreement between those parties.
Before mandate begins: Full refund of any advance payment.
During active mandate: You may terminate at any time. Fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis for work completed. Any unused portion is refunded minus a 15% administrative fee.
Document and asset handover: All client documents and assets held under mandate will be returned within 15 business days of termination.
Listing cancellation by seller: Listing fees are non-refundable once published. Sellers may withdraw a listing at any time before a purchase is made.
Order cancellation by buyer: Refer to our Return Policy for purchase cancellations and returns.
Order cancellation by seller before shipment: Full refund to buyer within 5 business days. Seller account may be reviewed.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Atloda reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days notice.
